Bank details never change by email or messaging
We will never ask you to pay into a new or different account by email, WhatsApp, Telegram or SMS. If you receive such a message, even if it looks like ours, do not pay: call +34 951 12 40 59 (not the number in the message) and confirm it with your agent. Any change to payment details is always confirmed by phone.
What we check before you sign
- Land Registry extract (nota simple): owner and registered description.
- Charges: mortgages, seizures and other entries.
- Licences: first occupancy and, for holiday lets, the tourist-rental registration.
- Outstanding IBI (property tax) and community fees.

- If you have already paid, tell your bank immediately to try to stop the transfer and report it to the Policía Nacional or the Guardia Civil.
