About us

Our purpose: to redefine the real-estate experience on the Costa del Sol

We are Elena and Vladimir, founders of EVS PROPERTY GROUP. Since 2015 we have built an agency in Benalmádena with one clear conviction: buying a property abroad should not be an act of faith, but an informed decision.

We know every area, every development and every micro-market in Málaga and on the Costa del Sol. We combine that local knowledge with a complete service — sales, rentals and investment — and a loyal clientele across Europe that comes back and recommends us.

We don't sell properties. We help you make the right decision. That is the EVS standard.
