EVS PROPERTY GROUP is a real estate agency with a physical office in Benalmádena (Málaga), at Av. de Mijas 1, operating across the whole Costa del Sol. We cover all four residential operations: buying, sale, rental management (long-term and licensed holiday lets) and investment. We work in español, inglés y ruso, with both Spanish clients and non-resident foreign buyers.

Behind the agency are its two founders: Elena Zolotareva, with 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, and Vladimir Shokov, with 7 years in the Costa del Sol market and in property investment. 9,000 properties between our own listings and the Resales-Online MLS network, the largest agency-to-agency pool on the Costa del Sol, which also lets us show you properties that are not published on portals.

Vladimir Shokov is a founder and real estate adviser at EVS PROPERTY GROUP. He has 7 years of experience in the Costa del Sol market and works mainly with international buyers and investors: finding homes and investment stock, yield analysis by area, price negotiation and coordination of the whole transaction — NIE, non-resident mortgage, independent lawyer, power of attorney and signing before a notary.

One of his areas of work is real estate debt investment: NPL portfolios and positions (non-performing loans, defaulted mortgage loans) and bank-repossessed assets, analysing the underlying property, the registry charges and the legal status of the case before entering a deal.

He works in Spanish and Russian across Málaga city, Benalmádena, Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella and Estepona.
