Buying and finding a home
For the buyer our service is free of charge: in a sale the agency fee is paid by the seller. We search across around 9,000 properties — our own portfolio plus the Resales-Online MLS network — including off-plan new builds that do not always appear on the portals, we arrange the viewings and negotiate the price for you.
For non-resident foreign buyers we also handle everything around the transaction: NIE, opening a Spanish bank account, non-resident mortgage, an independent lawyer who checks charges and licences, power of attorney so you can sign without travelling to Spain, valuation, signing before a notary and utility transfers. Many of our clients complete the whole purchase remotely.
Typical timelines: 4 to 8 weeks from reservation to deed when paying cash, and 6 to 10 weeks with a mortgage.
