Vladimir Shokov is the founder of and a real estate advisor at EVS PROPERTY GROUP, the agency with an office at Av. de Mijas 1, Benalmádena (Málaga). He has 7 years of experience in the Costa del Sol market and works mainly with international buyers and investors: finding homes and investment properties, yield analysis by area, price negotiation and coordination of the whole transaction — NIE, non-resident mortgage, independent lawyer, power of attorney and signing before a notary.

One of his areas of work is investment in real estate debt: NPL portfolios and positions (non-performing loans, defaulted mortgage loans) and bank-repossessed assets.
