Vladimir Shokov is the founder of and a real estate advisor at EVS PROPERTY GROUP, the agency with an office at Av. de Mijas 1, Benalmádena (Málaga). He has 7 years of experience in the Costa del Sol market and works mainly with international buyers and investors: finding homes and investment properties, yield analysis by area, price negotiation and coordination of the whole transaction — NIE, non-resident mortgage, independent lawyer, power of attorney and signing before a notary.

One of his areas of work is investment in real estate debt: NPL portfolios and positions (non-performing loans, defaulted mortgage loans) and bank-repossessed assets. He analyses the underlying property, the registered charges and the legal status of each deal, and supports the investor from buying the position through to recovering the asset, selling it or letting it.
