In Casares, townhouses are found almost entirely on the coast and suit two different lifestyles. Most of the offer is grouped around the Doña Julia golf course: communities of terraced and semi-detached houses with shared gardens and views across the course towards the sea. Closer to the water, in Casares Playa, complexes such as Marina de Casares offer houses with a patio, terrace and solarium a short stroll from the sand.

Estepona is fifteen minutes away and Gibraltar airport around forty.
