Buying a new-build property in Benahavís

In Benahavís, new build mostly means one thing: detached villas with contemporary architecture, designed for sloping plots with views. They go up one by one or in gated groups in Monte Mayor, El Madroñal, La Reserva de Alcuzcuz and Los Flamingos, often on the upper parts of these communities, where the sea views are widest.
