Marbella East —the stretch of coast between Río Real and Cabopino, east of Marbella town— is the most residential, family-friendly part of the municipality: pine woods, wide beaches such as Las Chapas and Artola, golf courses and established communities, ten to fifteen minutes from central Marbella and around forty from Málaga airport.
